         Gwendoline Margaret Anderson, a former resident of Dothan, died Friday morning, April 22, 2016, in Mobile. She was 91.

            Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 26, 2016, in Gardens of Memory, between Headland & Dothan, with Reverend Billy Rich officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

            Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 423 E. Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL 36301 or American Lung Association, P.O. Box 2178, Ridgeland, MS 39158.

            Mrs. Anderson was born in London, England and reared in Ipswich, England, daughter of the late John McIntosh and Agnes Stringer McIntosh. She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church. Mrs. Anderson lived in Dothan most of her adult lifetime before moving to Mobile in 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, L. B. (Andy) Anderson, a daughter, Linda Anderson, and several sisters and brothers.

            Surviving relatives include a daughter, Shirl Crane (Mike), Mobile; two sons, Ronnie M. Anderson, Abbeville; and Darryl K. Anderson, Pinckard; a sister, Betty Amy Colmer, South Africa; three grandchildren, Sherry Lynn Davis (Steven), Jason L. Sizemore (Cindi), and Samantha Motollo (Mike); six great-grandchildren.
