Haywood B. Lewis, age 91, of Enterprise, AL passed away, Thursday, February 26, 2014 in Enterprise.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Jeff Peacock officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Will Weeks Lewis, his parents, Jimmie Lafayette and Bonnie Phillips Lewis, sisters, Doris Early and Virginia Blonde Martin.

Survivors include a daughter, Suan Lewis Adkison (Robert) Enterprise, AL; sons, Rickey H. Lewis (Cathy) Daleville, AL; Mickey W. Lewis, Enterprise, AL; Serena Lewis, mother of his grandchildren, Erin, Summer and Kaylie; sister, Jimmie Will Lewis Lolley (Harold) Lavonia, GA; grandsons, Chuck Adkison (Lori) Roswell, GA; Chad Adkison (Shelby) McDonough, GA; granddaughters, Erin Lewis Davis (Trevor) Prattville, AL; Summer Lewis, Enterprise, AL; Kaylie Lewis, Enterprise, AL; great-grandchildren, Isaac and Hannah Adkison and Zoie Davis.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Gentiva Hospice, Medical Center Enterprise and his faithful and loving sitters, Tammy Harrison and Brenda Brown.
