Ms. Hazel Belle Chalmers, age 90, of Ashford passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014 at her residence.

 

Memorial services will be held at 5 PM, Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverends Steve Merritt and Daniel Merritt officiating with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will be accepting flowers or donations can be made to Gentiva Hospice.
