Helen Jean Ryan, age 88, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Monday, August 31, 2015 in Enterprise.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, September 4, 2015 at Green Hill Presbyterian Church with Rev. Shuford White officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory.

Mrs. Ryan was a Gray Lady with the Red Cross and served as a school nurse at Holly Hill, Dauphin Jr. High and Enterprise High School.

Mrs. Ryan was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Leo (Mutt) Ryan, a brother and two sisters.

Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Haile (George) Beverly, MA; Cindy Burrage (David) East Hartland, CT; son, Michael Ryan (Robin) Enterprise, AL; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Clark, Spring Hill, FL.
