HELEN  JEANNETEE  PAUL

ABBEVILLE. . .Helen Jeannettee Smith Paul, a resident of Abbeville, died early Saturday morning, February 15, 2014, in a Dothan hospital. She was 78.

            Memorial services for family and friends will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, February 23, 2014, at her residence.

            Mrs. Paul was a native of Jack, Alabama in Coffee County, daughter of the late Noah Denkin Smith and Ether Lee Lawson Smith. She lived in Henry County since 1971. Mrs. Paul was formerly employed by Carter Manufacturing Company in Ft. Gaines. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Frank Paul, a granddaughter, Christina Paul, two sisters, Virgie Allen, and Dorothy Smith, and two brothers, Fulton Smith and Barnard Smith.

            Surviving relatives include two daughters, Sharon Paul Adams (Tim), Ozark; and Linda Paul Gay (Steve Conine), Oklahoma City, OK; five sons, Jerry Paul, Petal, MS; Danny Paul (Angie), Abbeville; Terry Paul, Abbeville; Donald Paul (Marna), Georgetown, GA; and Kenneth Paul (Kim), Abbeville; two sisters, Catherine Stivarius,  and Mary Windsor, both of Columbus, GA; a brother, Lincoln C. Smith, Elba, AL; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
