Mr. Hubert Felton Stafford age 90 of Westville, Florida died April 26, 2016 in Samson, Alabama.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva. Burial will follow in the Hurricane Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing and the Rev. Rodd Jones officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 12:00 p.m. and continuing until service time.

Mr. Stafford was born March 26, 1926 in Holmes County Florida to be late Wilmer and Ermma Stafford. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Ann Stafford, brothers Coy and Bill Stafford.

Mr. Stafford proudly served his country being a World War II veteran where he was a recipient of a Purple Heart.  He loved his family, children and Grandchildren.  Fishing was one of his favorite past times. 

He is survived by three sons, Hubert Stafford wife Barbara; Jerry Stafford wife Gwynn and Ronald Stafford wife Laurie. 40 year Companion: Betty Seago, her son Wade Seago;6 Grandchildren: Ashley Stafford, Sonia Hunter, Shean Stafford, Tori Williams, Ross Stafford, Austin Stafford and Garrett Seago.  8 Great Grandchildren.  2 Brothers: Houston Stafford and Bud Stafford.  A very special friend whom he loved as a son, Jerry Paul Deloach.
