James Curtis McGowan, Jr., passed away Thursday, January 07, 2016, at his home.  He was 94.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his daughters, Pat Braget, Enterprise, AL, Becky Kaslow, Enterprise, AL; sons, James W. McGowan, Defuniak Springs, FL, Mark McGowan, Defuniak Springs, FL; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
