James Michael Revells, 61 of Cottonwood , Al. died Saturday afternoon, Jan. 9, 2016 in the ER of Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Al. The family will have a visitation Wednesday evening, Jan. 13, 2016 from 6 until 8 PM EST at Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home and then a Memorial Service will be held Friday afternoon at 3 PM EST at the funeral home.

     Mr. Revells was born June 16, 1954 in Nashville, TN to the late Grady Everett Revells and Bettie Jo Edwards Revells. He was a U. S. Navy veteran of 6 years and after his Naval service he worked for the government as an electrical engineer. He also was a Taxi Cab Driver in Lebanon, NH for several years before moving back to Alabama.

     Mr. Revells is survived by 2 daughters: Sonja Revells of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Dawn Revells of Cottonwood, AL and the Mother of his children, Jane Revells of Santa Rosa Beach Fl.  He has 2 brothers: Larry Wayne Revells of Jakin, Ga., Robert E. Revells of Lebanon, NH and 3 grandchildren: Daryan Koehler, Dalayna Revells and Everett Ingle, all of Cottonwood, AL.
