Jasper Allen Hamilton, Jr., passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016, at his home in Enterprise.  He was 88.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at County Line Baptist Church with Dr. Danny Wiggins officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM until service time on Wednesday.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to County Line Baptist Church, 1000 Highway 92, Enterprise, AL  36330.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Belva Hamilton, Enterprise, AL; 2 daughters, Deborah Long, Enterprise, AL, Paula Hamilton Helms (Lloyd), Enterprise, AL; son, James Earl Hamilton (Dawn Fowler-Hamilton), Athens, GA; 5 grandchildren, Adam Hamilton Long, Mary-Katherine Long, William James Hamilton, James Connell Hamilton, Amanda Hamilton; 2 great-grandchildren, Hamilton Grant Long, Odessa Catherine Long.
