Mrs. Jean Faulk Henderson of Dothan passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013.


 


Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 11 A.M. at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Ray Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.


 


Family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 A.M., one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Wesley Manor or Gentiva Hospice.


 


Mrs. Henderson was a longtime member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law. She worked many years as a cosmetologist. She enjoyed listening and playing music, but most of all she enjoyed being with her family.


 


Proceeded in death by her parents, husband Moody Faulk of 46 years and the father of her sons, and Webster Henderson, son Jerome Faulk, four brothers, three sisters.


 


Survivors include sons, Douglas M. Faulk and wife Linda of Dothan Al, James Moody Faulk and his wife Debra of Dothan, Al., sisters-in-law Maxine Edmondson of Columbus GA, Lilla Faulk of Dothan, Al., brother-in-law Bill B. Faulk of Dothan, Al., grandchildren, Mike, Susan, Greg, Jimmy, David, Susan, Jason, Doug, Steve, Adam; great-grandchildren, Katie, Billy, Annakate, Jaimee, Allison, Macy, Tucker, Jud, Wes, Bella, Chase, Caroline, Meagan, Ashley, Brandon, Cole; great-great-grandchildren, Elise, Collins, s special niece, Enice.


 


Special thanks the staff of Wesley Manor (Martin West), staff and nurses especially Stephanie, Pam, Audrey, Betty, and a special thanks to Gentiva Hospice.


 


Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
