DOTHAN. . .Joe Michael  “Joey” McArdle, Jr., a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday afternoon, March 16, 2016, in a Dothan hospital. He was 44.

            Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 19, 2016, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Sam White officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the mortuary.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

            Joey McArdle was born and reared in Headland and was a graduate of Headland High School. He was employed by Ashley Furniture in Dothan.

            Surviving relatives include his mother, Judy Hagler Hough, Dothan; and his father, Joe McArdle; a brother, Andrew McArdle, Taylor, AL; several aunts and uncles.
