MIDLAND CITY. . .Joshua Taylor “Josh” Walker, a resident of Midland City, died Sunday afternoon, March 13, 2016, as a result of accidental drowning, in Clayhatchee. He was 36.

            Memorial services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Thursday, March 17, 2016, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Lyle Peluso officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 P.M. Thursday at the mortuary in Headland. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.

            Josh Walker was a born and reared in Dothan where he lived most of his lifetime. He was preceded in death by a brother, Felton Eugene Walker.

            Surviving relatives include a son, Joshua Lee Walker, Slocomb; his parents, Eugene and Mary Sheppard Walker, Dothan; two sisters, Stacy Seymour (Jerry), and Kristy Walker, all of Dothan; his fiancee', Christina Matthews, Midland City.
