Julia E. Summerlin, age 89 of Level Plains, AL, passed away, Monday, July 15, 2013 at her home.

A private memorial service will be held.  

Mrs. Summerlin was preceded in death by her husband, Gaylord H. Summerlin, a son, Melvin Francis Parker, Jr. and a grandson, Will McGinnis.

Survivors includes two daughters, Elizabeth McGinnis (Bill) Midway, PA; Cynthia Johns, Level Plains, AL; daughter-in-law, Georgia Parker, Hernando, FL; seven grandchildren, Tim Johns (Nancy) Enterprise, AL; Tammy McLain (Jason) Hernando, FL; Patti Reed (Chris) Midway, PA; Mark Parker (Sheena) Tampa, FL; Beth Johns, Enterprise, AL; Janeen Hodge (Donny) New Brockton, AL; Allan Parker (Angela) Cypress Springs, FL; seventeen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
