Kristy Nicole Blaine, age 26, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at her home.

Memorial services will be announced at a later time.

Survivors include her son, Nicholas John Blaine, Enterprise, AL; her parents, Dennis Johnson, Panama City, FL; Lynn S. Johnson, Enterprise, AL; sister, Tabitha Goodman; two brothers, Derrick Johnson; Jason Johnson; two aunts, Cindy Stone; Mary Hodges, all of Enterprise, AL; several nieces, nephews and cousins; stepfather, Knovie Junior Strickland, Enterprise, AL.
