Linda Rhodes King, born December 18, 1951 in Panama City, FL. Bay County, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Friday, August 22, 2014. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford with Bro. David Granthan and Bro. Hughvon King officiating. Burial will follow in Hartford City Cemetery under the direction of Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Coy and Margie Rhodes; one son, Darrell Lee Hallford; two brothers, Tommy Rhodes and Joey Rhodes.

Survivors include her loving husband, Charles King; daughters, Judy (Rex) Howell, and Machellda (Dale) Smith; sons, Wayne (Renee) Robbins, Sammy (Lisa) Robbins, Frankie (Jennifer) Robbins, Jack Hallford (KC), Allen (Kelly) King, Ronnie (Brandy) King, and Shannon (Susan) King; twenty-two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Frances Cannon, Hazel (Earl) Helms, and Dot Cotter; brother, Steve (Brenda) Rhodes; brother-in-law, Hughvon King; sisters-in-law, Mabel (Charlie) Miller, Hilda (Jerry) Dykes, and Carol (Lyle) Hawkins; several nieces and nephews.
