    Louise Cheney Sirmons, 80, died  Saturday night, Jan. 9, 2016 at the Pioneer Community Hosptial of Early in Blakely, Ga. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016 in the First Baptist Church of Blakely at 2 PM EST. The family will receive friends in the Social Hall from 1 PM up until funeral time at 2 PM. Dr. Alex Howell and Rev. Keith Alderman will be officiating.

Mrs. Sirmons was born on August 4, 1935 in Morgan, Georgia to the late John Clifford Cheney and Connie Ragan Cheney. She was a retired Bank Teller, having worked at the First State Bank of Blakely for 30 years +. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Angus Sirmons and by 6 of her siblings.

Her survivors include a daughter: Glenda S. Williams of Blakely, a grandson: Joel Williams and his wife Courtney of Kennesaw, GA and by 3 great granddaughters: Addison, Kaitlyn and Britton Williams, all of Kennesaw, Ga. She also has a sister: Martha Blount of Jemez Springs, NM. and several nieces and nephews.
