Louise H. Jernegan, formerly of Ozark, AL, passed away May 15, 2015, while under the loving care of Signature Healthcare of North Florida. She was 88 years old.

Memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home with Dr. James Thornton and Dr. Nathan Hodges officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Resource Center, PO Box 1170, Dothan, AL 36302.

Mrs. Jernegan is survived by one daughter, Sharon Wilson (Gary); one granddaughter, Stephanie Gardner (Alex); two great-granddaughters, Jordan Wilson and Hanna Gardner all of Dothan; one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents; her husband, Paul Jernegan; a daughter, Susan Deal; one sister, Hazel Tayler, preceded her in death. A very special thank you to all the staff at Signature Healthcare and Covenant Hospice.
