Lucille Glover Ellis, age 96 of Enterprise, AL passed away, Thursday, December 17, 2015 in Enterprise.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Steve Warren officiating.  Burial will follow in Enterprise City Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 10:00 A.M.  Memorials may be made to St. Luke United Methodist Church, 201 Heath Street, Enterprise, AL.

Lucille was a charter member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Pilot Club of Enterprise, an avid golfer, and a long-time member of the Enterprise Ladies Golf Association.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Mamie Glover; her husband of 70 years, Wenzell Ellis and an infant sister, Frances.

Survivors include her sister, Ruth Harris, Enterprise, AL; a brother, Bob Glover (Ann) Houston, TX; several nieces and nephews.
