Lula R. Griffin

Lula R. Griffin of Enterprise passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014 following an illness.  She was 66.

 

The family will receive friends at Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise on Friday, December 26, 2014 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

 

Lula was born May 8, 1948 in Lafayette, LA, to the late Rufus and Glorista Davis Collins.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Albert Collins Sr.

 

Survivors include  1 son: Dwight Griffin and his wife Bonnie of Phoenix, AZ; 2 daughters: Pamela Griffin of Enterprise, AL and Kisha Mitchell and her husband CSM (Ret) Fredy Finch; 1 sister: Ruth Ann Collins of New Iberia, LA; 5 brothers: Jordan Collins Sr., Arthur Collins, and Payton Collins, all of New Iberia, LA, Leo Collins and Rufus Collins, Jr., both of New Orleans, LA; 3 grandchildren: Gabrielle Griffin, Anthony Griffin, and Alexis Mitchell; 1 great-grandchild: Jayla Lamons.
