Margaret Josephine Guerin Cobb, age 91, of Ozark, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at the Bill Nichols State Veterans Home in Alexander City, Alabama.

Graveside services and inurnment with military honors will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Woodlawn Memory Gardens in Ozark with Dr. Cecil Sanders officiating and Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be held at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. Cobb was a longtime resident of Ozark and Fort Rucker.  She was the daughter of Cornelius and Susan Kelly Guerin, Buffalo, NY.  She immigrated to the United States from Ireland, and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War.  Mrs. Cobb was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 6020.

Mrs. Cobb is survived by her children:  Sharon Cobb (James) Davis, Montgomery; Karlene Cobb (Luke) Tharpe, Skipperville; Stephen D. (Patricia) Cobb, Fayetteville, NC; Kenneth C. (Kaye) Cobb, David L. (Jody) Cobb, and Terence Kelly (Mary) Cobb, all of Ozark; Dennis L. (Dawn) Cobb of Headland; daughter-in-law, Jackie E. Cobb, Henderson, SC; twenty-two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Denise L. Cobb; a son, Ronald L. Cobb; and twelve sisters and brothers.
