Ms. Martha Ann Fowler Goodwin, age 82, a resident of Dothan died Sunday August 11, 2013 at the Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness. 

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday August 14, 2013 in the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Jovan Barrington, Mr. James Dean and Minister Jimmy Cox officiating.  Burial will follow in the Memory Hill Cemetery with Kendall Glover of Glover Funeral Home directing. 

The family will be receiving friends Tuesday August 13, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Glover Funeral Home. 

The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Westgate Christian School, 617 Westgate Pkwy., Dothan, AL. 36303. 

Ms. Goodwin was born on April 26, 1931 in Dothan the daughter of Richard and Margie Ann Conner Fowler.  She was a homemaker and loved children.  Ms. Goodwin was a lifelong resident of Dothan and was a member of the Westgate Church of Christ. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack Goodwin;  a grandson, Zane Flatt and several brothers and sisters. 

Survivors include: two daughters, Jana Flatt (Robert), Dothan; Jackie Dean (James), Dothan; 6 grandchildren, Alana Stevens (Michael), Troy Flatt (Alesha), Zana Flatt, Connor Flatt, Carrie-Grace Flatt and Jade Dean; 1 great-grandson, Grayson Zane Flatt. 

Pallbearers will be: Troy Flatt, Connor Flatt, Michael Stevens, Landon Arnold, Wayne Pierce and Pierce Flatt.
