Mary Bodiford Ketcham, age 85, of Dothan, Alabama went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Thursday, March 24, 2016, at  the chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Billy Gene Dickerson and Reverend James Payne officiating. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday, March 23, 2016.  Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice, P.O. Drawer 2127, Dothan, AL 36302.

Mary was born February 25, 1931, in Pansey, Alabama and was a member of Enon Church of Christ. She was married 50 years to her late husband and best friend Henry Ellis Ketcham whom she loved very much. She also worked 33 years at WexTex of Ashford before retiring. Mary loved farming, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Henry Ellis Ketcham; parents Buster Bodiford and Eurace McNeal Bodiford; and sister Lucille Coulter.

She is survived by her children, Barbara (Mickey) Brennan of Dothan, Ray (Paula) Ketcham of Dothan, sisters Doris (Bobby) Sowell of Pansey, Wilma (Roy) Dixon of Pansey, 3 grandchildren Steven Askew, Jan Fulford (Scott) and Cindy Downes (Jeremiah), 4 great-grandchildren Madison Fulford, Morgan Fulford, Kristen Askew, and Ethan Askew,  several nieces, nephews and a special friend Dorothy Merritt.
