Mary Inez Herndon Woodham passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 

She was the daughter of Harvey J. and Olie Register Herndon and widow of James Davis Woodham.

She is survived by her daughters Dianne (Turhan) and Denise (Ronnie), grandchildren Craig (Kathy), Clay (Emily), Jason (Tiffany), Taylor, great-grandchildren Katelyn (Lee), Amelia, Allison, Elizabeth, Shelby, Trenton, Abigail, Austin, Alex, and great-great-grand daughter Kinleigh. She was looking forward to the birth of a new great-granddaughter, Alivia. Three sisters Lue Verna, Nellie, and Janice.

Her greatest joy in life was serving others as a Registered Nurse. Family members will be at her residence 618 Westgate Parkway.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday, August 15, 2016 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Buddy Hood officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 10:30 A.M. Monday, prior to the service 

In lieu of flowers the family ask that a donation be made to your favorite charity.
