Mattie Roach of Geneva, AL went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday December 5, 2016. She was 83

  Graveside Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Geneva with the Rev. Carlos Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing.

                                                                                                                           

Mrs. Roach was born in Dale County, AL on April1 9, 1933 to the late Earl Sanders and Nancy Vanie Davis Nichols. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great- grandmother.  Mrs. Roach was attended the Friendship Baptist Church. She was employed for many years at the Geneva Chenille Mill. 

 In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Glen Lamar Roach. a daughter Nancy Dell Roach.  One brother Raymond Sanders Nichols, One sister.

 She is survived by one Daughter and Son in Law Kathy and Jerry Grantham of Geneva, AL; one Grandson Joe Grantham of Baton Rouge, La One Great grandson Carson Grantham of Baton Rouge, La
