Merrill Speigner, Age 82, of Enterprise, AL passed away, Thursday, November 20, 2014 at his home.

         Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Charlie Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 A.M. until service time.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, % Linda Andress, PO Box 310900, Enterprise, AL 36331.

         Merrill was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Speigner.

         Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Ginger Popovich (John) Enterprise, AL; Beverly Weeks, Enterprise; grandsons, Sam Popovich (Tracy); Josh Popovich (Melissa); Ben Popovich; Zane Weeks; Zeb Weeks; great-grandchildren, Brayden Popovich; Lindsay Popovich; John Parker Popovich; a sister, Angeline Simmons (Ted) Clayhatchee, AL.
