Michael Harrington, 64, a resident of Dothan passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Signature Healthcare in Graceville, FL following an extended illness.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Harrington was born August 23, 1950 in Columbus, GA and spent the early part of his life there. He moved to Columbus, OH where he worked at Ohio State University for several years prior to moving to Eufaula in the mid 1980’s. He worked at Eufaula Business Machines as a repairman. Michael accepted Christ as a young adult and was a member of Eufaula Baptist Church. He and his family moved to Dothan 8 years ago.

Survivors include his wife Sherri Harrington; sons, Eric (Wanda) Harrington, Jeff Harrington, and Christopher (Holly) Adkins; daughters, Lori Ann (Keith) Casebolt, Lori Renea Moore, and his pride and joy Savannah Harrington; 6 grandchildren; a brother Billy (Linda) Harrington; a sister Rebecca (Rusty) Starling; numerous nieces and nephews.
