Miss Candace Faith Capshaw of Geneva passed away at Bay Medical Center, Panama City, FL on Thursday, July 4, 2013 due to injuries sustained in a car accident.  She was 20.  Funeral services will be held at Trinity Church at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2013 with Pastor Gene Hauser and Pastor Allen Marsh officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva directing.  The family will receive friends at Trinity Church on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.  Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Cayden Tripp Capshaw Trust Fund, PO Box 1, Geneva, Alabama, 36340.


                                                                              


Candace was born in Montgomery, Alabama on September 6, 1992.  She graduated from Geneva High School, Class of 2011.  She was employed with Magnolia Market in Geneva.  Candace had been recently certified as a CNA and was employed by the Bonifay Nursing Home at the time of her death.  She was preceded in death by grandfather, Franklin Foxworth; and step-grandfather, Marcine Hand.


She is survived by her mother, Karen Sconiers (David) of Geneva; father, Jim Capshaw (Teresa) of Little Rock, Ark.; son, Cayden Tripp Capshaw; sister, Courtney Grace Capshaw; brother, Jameson Chase Capshaw; two step-sisters, Kazia Coleman and Kesley Sconiers; maternal grandmother, Sylvia Hand; paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Kitty Capshaw, all of Geneva; step-grandmother, Reba Sconiers of Bonifay, Fla.; special aunts and uncles, Jean and William Stone, Nancy and Glen Graves, Kevin Foxworth and Pete Lange, numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; special cousins, Will, Audra and Jessica; her second family, Jimmy and Patti Davis of Bonifay, Fla.; honorary sisters, Audrey and Lauren; and too many more special friends to mention.
