Miss Mary Mac Chancey, 89, of Enterprise, AL, died on Wednesday, November 04, 2015 at her residence. 

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, November 6, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church of Enterprise with Rev. Tonya Elmore and Pastor Chad Boswell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Enterprise City Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends in the church parlor on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to:  First United Methodist Church, 217 S. Main Street, Enterprise, AL  36330.

Miss Chancey was a graduate of Huntingdon College and taught English at Enterprise Junior High School for 30 years.  She was a member of First United Methodist church where, as her gift, she played the piano for 35 years.

Survivors include her sisters, Sarah Ezzell, Enterprise, AL, Martha Charlton, Prattville, AL; nieces and nephew, Elizabeth Hutchinson (Ron), Enterprise, AL, Melissa Bowen (Terry), Prattville, AL, Ann Duke (Chris), Ocean Springs, MS, and Charlie Ezzell (Tammy), Enterprise, AL; great nieces and nephews, Heather Boswell (Chad), Hilary Campbell (Justin), Mary Catherine Ezzell, Chase Ezzell (Dawn), Blake Hutchinson (Shannon), Blair Hutchinson, Greg Bowen (Samantha) and Paul Bowen.

The family would like to express their love, appreciation and gratitude to caregivers, Janice Speigner, Jackie Howell, Annie Jones, Shumeka Robinson, Constance Jones, Annie Jean Cooper and Eleanor Johnson.  Their devotion and support have been a blessing.
