Mr. Albert Lawrence Gay, age 79, a resident of Dothan passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the home of his daughter.

 Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, February, 25, 2016 at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Wingate and Rev. Troy West officiating. Burial will follow in the Midland City Cemetery.

 The family will be receiving friends at Glover Funeral Home on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to services. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to local humane society.

 Mr. Gay was preceded in death by his parents; Albert Hobbs Gay and Rose Dellion Jackson; mother of his children Shirley Faye Enfinger.

 Survivors include: 3 daughters Pam (Michael) Nance, Daphne (Steve) Braswell, Robin (John) Kelly; sister, Marie (William) Jerkins; James W. Jackson “Bigdaddy” 7 Grandchildren; 13 Great-Grandchildren; 2 special friends and employers, Johnny McMullen, Seminole Welding and Jimmy Boyett, Cherokee Equipment.

 Glover Funeral Home of Dothan has been entrusted with the arrangements.
