Mr. Charles L. Trant of Westville, Florida passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chipley, FL.  He was 77.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 31, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Geneva with Dr. Mike Shirah officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Head United Methodist Church.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

 

Mr. Trant was born February 20, 1937 in Holmes County Florida to the late Frank and Olga Lee Johnson Trant.

 

In addition to his parents, his wife, Barbara Trant; sister, Polly Trant and brother, Daniel Trant preceded him in death.

 

Survivors include daughters: Colleen Todd (Terry) and Janice Trant; step-son, Robert Wilkerson (Delores); brothers: James and Carl Trant; nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
