Edd Roy Hall, a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at SHC of North Florida in Graceville. He was 92.

 

Funeral services for Mr. Hall will be held at 2 PM Friday, July 8, 2016 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Rev. Billy Rich officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

 

Mr. Hall was born April 27, 1924 in Jackson County, Florida to the late John Thomas and Cornelia Peacock Hall. After marrying Dorothy, they moved to Cottonwood where he was engaged in farming.

 

Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and four brothers.

 

Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Dorothy Hall, Dothan; son, Rodney and Johnnie
Ruth Hall, Cottonwood; three daughters, Barbara and Richard Peters, Dothan, Cathy and Jim Fitzgerald, Birmingham, Terri Michalic, Dothan; eight grandchildren, Kim Prevatt, John Hall, Lee Peters, Chris Peters, Rachael Jackson, Paige Fitzgerald, Kendall Henderson and Dustin Roy; eleven great grandchildren.
