Mr. Henry Morgan of Dothan passed away Monday, November 16, 2015. He was 95.

Born July 10, 1920 in Houston County to the late Jim and Lucinda Skinner Morgan, Henry attended Rocky Creek Church and was the last of 9 siblings. He enjoyed fishing and tinkering with anything mechanical.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Morgan; eight brothers and sisters; two grandsons, Christopher Stephen Holley and John Henry Harden.

Survivors include his daughters, Mattie Blalock and her partner, Don Burkhalter, JoAnn Harden, Annette Jones and her fiancée, Nick Spina, and Helen Beckner; his grandchildren, Joy Lynn Gray (James), Donnie Smith (Kim), Tonya Smith (William Morris), Kimberly Crystal Holley Lingo, Heather Ann McBrayer (Ken), and Jessie DeClue (Ashley); his great-grandchildren, Erin and Brandie Smith, Nikki Gregory (Artigus), Lynn Parrish (Chris), Brittany Lell, Leslie Sheppard, and Christian Beaty; his great-great-grandchildren, Abigail Parrish, Bailey Parrish, Madison Gregory, and Bella Gregory; and Morell Morgan, the mother of his children; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Raymond Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 P.M. Tuesday, November 17, 2015.
