Obituary:  Herminio Perez Caban

Mr. Herminio Perez Caban, of Enterprise, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at his residence surrounded by family. He was 80.

A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Friday, April 28, 2017 at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Gregory Okorobia officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 6 until 8pm.

Mr. Perez was born September 10, 1936 in Lares, Puerto Rico to the late Juan Evangelista and Matilde Caban Perez. In addition to his parents, his wife of 57 years, Trinidad Jimenez; son, David Perez; two sisters, Maria Sanchez, Cresencia Perez; two brothers, Fermin Perez, Miguel Perez all preceded him in death.

Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Perez (Amy), Fairhope, AL, Roberto Perez (Maria), Enterprise, AL; one daughter, Nidza Sanchez (Lucio), Enterprise, AL; one brother, Julio Perez, Miami, FL; one sister, Aida Luz Sanchez (Primitivio) Miami, FL; ten grandchildren: Daphne, Christopher, Amanda, Giovanni, Alexa, Roberto, Natalie, Nadia, Rolando, Cesar Perdomo
