Mr. James David McNeal of Dothan passed away Friday, December 18, 2015. He was 77.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, December 21, 2015 at Memphis Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Tate officiating. Burial will follow in Memphis Baptist Church Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will receive friends at the church from 1 to 2 P.M. Monday, December 21, 2015, one hour prior to the service.

 

Mr. McNeal was a member of Memphis Baptist Church and he loved his Sunday School Class. He worked at Jeffers for 20 years and was known by everyone as Uncle James. He did all the fence chargers for everyone around.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents E.I. McNeal and Realie Mae Pybus McNeal, brothers and sisters Brooks McNeal, Cherry McNeal, Hubert McNeal, Carlson McNeal, Ouida Allen, Annie Ruth Prichard, and Edith McNeal.

 

Survivors include sister Louise Ellison of Bainbridge, GA; brother Tifton McNeal of Dothan; several nieces and nephews, and a special pet “Dog.”
