Mr. Leamond Moore, age 67, a resident of Ashford died Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center following an extended illness.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the Enon Church of Christ (near Webb) with Minister Mike Anderson and Minister Tony Clay officiating.  The family will be receiving friends at the Church following the services. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the First Choice Hospice, P.O. Box 2404, Ozark, AL. 36360.

Mr. Moore was born on June 14, 1946 in Coffee County, the son of Q. P. Moore and Irene Walker Moore.  He was a salesman of vacuum cleaners for a number of years and was a salesman of security systems for the past five years.  Mr. Moore was a member of the Enon Church of Christ near Webb.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Roger Dale Moore.

Survivors include: two daugthers, Teresa Gore, Valdosta, GA and Permelia Griner (John), Petersburg, VA.; two grandchildren, Tia Gore and Dawn Griner; six sisters, Kathy Jernigan, Greenville; Marie Shafer, Enterprise; Patty Kinman, Hartford; Lisa Roberts, Enterprise; Martha Mims, Kinston; Shirley Spivey, Opp; two brothers, Doug Moore and Bennie Moore, both of Slocomb.
