Mr. Nicholas Frank Jones, age 65, a resident of Dothan (formerly of Georgetown, Ga.) died Monday February 29, 2016 at Flowers Hospital after a brief illness.

Private family burial will be held at a later date at the Georgetown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to one’s favorite charity or to the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Jones was born on August 15, 1950 in Macon, Georgia the son of James Frank Jones and Blanche Ward Jones. He was a graduate of Warner Robbins High School and Columbus College.  Mr. Jones previously worked as a draftsman with American Buildings in Eufaula and he was a U.S. Army veteran.  He loved Georgia football and radio controlled airplanes.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Sharon Jones Barry.

Survivors include: niece, Lisa Barry Fuller (Andy), Dothan; nephew, Robert Michael Barry, Jr., Albany, GA.; several great nieces & great nephews.

Glover Funeral Home of Dothan has been entrusted with the arrangements.
