Obie Dow Rice passed away Friday, April 25, 2014 near his residence.

 

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2014 at The Dothan Vineyard Church with Lyle Peluso officiating. The memorial service will be for Obie, and also for his father Richard Dow who passed away on February 5, 2014. The services will be private with family only. The family would like to express their thanks for the prayers and thoughtfulness during this very difficult time.
