Raymond Allen Hodges, 65, of Dothan, Al, died Monday, April 8, 2013 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Midland City Baptist Church with Reverends Taylor Hodges and Bill Hawkins officiating.  The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church prior to the service and at other times will be at their respective homes.

Born in Houston County, Al, Raymond is a son of Beatrice Olive McKissack and the late Curtis Allen Hodges. He was engaged in the farming industry his entire lifetime.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, OH  44720 or to the Wiregrass Gideon’s, P.O. Box 403, Daleville, AL 36322

In addition to his mother, Raymond is survived by a son & daughter-in-Law, Reverend Taylor (Michelle) Hodges, Dothan, Al; a daughter and son-in-law, Shannan Hodges (Shawn) Douglas, Dothan, Al; a brother, Carlos Hodges, Dothan, Al; a sister, Martha Ott, Dothan, AL and five grandchildren.
