Robert Charles Mann, 83, originally from New Castle Pa., passed away at his home in Dothan, AL on December 22nd, 2014.

 

Memorial services will be held at 10 AM Monday, January 5, 2014 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Salvation Army or St. Judes Children’s Hospital.

 

Born April 27th 1931, he was an Air Force veteran who served during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Mann retired from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Sunrise Florida. He grew up in New Castle Pa., where he was in the auto parts business.

 

Mr. Mann was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Phyllis J. (Fullwood) Mann.

 

Mr. Mann is survived by a son, Robert Mann and three daughters, Margaret Kaufman, Debbie Mattingly, and Sarah Smolinski, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
