Mr. Willie Fred Lee, age 76, a resident of Newton, died Saturday April 16, 2016 at his residence.


 Memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday April 19, 2016 at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Billy Joe Dickerson officiating and Kendall Glover directing.


 The family will be receiving friends from 6 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at Glover Funeral Home.  Flowers will be accepted.


 Mr. Lee was born on January 22, 1940 in Newton the son of Wade Harrell Lee and Lonnie Elzora Smith Lee.  He retired as a aircraft mechanic with Pemco after over 30 years of service.  Mr. Lee was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and he was of Baptist faith.  He Loved his family and enjoyed fishing.


 He was preceded in death by his parents.


 Survivors include: daughter, Karen Lee, Dothan; granddaughter, Kacie Roney (Nathan), Headland; great granddaughter, Jolee Roney, Headland; brother, Wayne Lee (Barbara), Rehobeth; sister, Melba French (Gay), Charlotte, Michigan; special friends, Rex Summers, Dothan and Barbara Brackett, Newton.


 Glover Funeral Home of Dothan has been entrusted with the arrangements.
