Mrs. Betty Sue Weeks of Geneva, Alabama passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013.  She was 76.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 25, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Donnie Earles officiating.  Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Geneva directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, May 24, from 6 until 8 p.m.

Mrs. Weeks was born August 5, 1936 in Coffee County, Alabama.  She was a very loving mother, daughter, grandmother and sister.  She loved her church, Shady Grove Assembly of God where she had been a member for many years and she dearly loved her church family.

Her mother, Nolie J. Thorn Best and her husband, Jeter Eugene Weeks, both preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons: Dikes Weeks (Kathy), Elba and Jeter D. Weeks (Lannett), Geneva; father, Thomas Best, Hartford; two grandchildren: Ashley Weeks (Monica), Ozark and Blake Weeks (fiancé, Tasha), Elba; four great-grandchildren: Chandler, Shelby, David and Molly Weeks; two sisters: Barbara Ezell, Kinston and Billie Faye Wilfong, Samson; one brother, Harold Best (Catherine), Hickory, NC;  several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
