Mrs. Corinne Coley Evans of Enterprise passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Medical Center Enterprise.  She was 82.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2016 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1 – 2 p.m.

 

Mrs. Evans was born September 19, 1934, in Montgomery, AL.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Statie Mae Zorn Coley; a brother, Louie Coley; and a sister: Merlene Anderson.

 

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Robert Evans of Enterprise; two daughters: Linda Angel of Enterprise and Christine Shaw (Robert G.) of Atlanta, GA; one son, Roger Evans (Cynthia) of Troy; a brother, Jerry Coley (Patricia) of Opp; six grandchildren: Courtney Weatherford (Keith), Joshua Nava, Lauren Copeland, Amy Radcliff, Jennifer Evans, and Samuel Evans; three great-grandchildren: David, Samuel, and Zelda Radcliff.
