Obituary: Hazel Jones Rowe

 

Mrs. Hazel Jones Rowe of Enterprise went home to join her Lord and Savior as well as her son, Charles Rowe Jr. on Friday, January 2, 2015 at her residence. She was 73.

 

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday, January 5, 2015 from the Meadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Cliff Quincey and Rev. Danny Wiggins officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.

 

The family asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Resource Center, P.O. Box 1170, Dothan, AL 36302 or to Gentiva Hospice, 531 Glover Ave, Enterprise, AL 36330

 

Hazel was born March 5, 1941 in Geneva County to the late H.C. and Maudine Barnes Jones. She was retired from teaching and she was also a member of the County Line Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include her daughter, Lori Rowe Peters (Michael), Enterprise, AL, 2 sisters: Lavita Jones Moore, Montgomery, AL, Willa Dean Parrish, Enterprise, AL, 2 brothers: Raymond Jones (Wonnie) and Harold Jones (Pam) all of Enterprise, AL, 1 grandson: Ryan Rowe Peters, numerous nieces and nephews.
