Mrs. Jenna Leigh Dobbs Heney was a loving daughter, sister, wife, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law and aunt. She went home to be with our Lord and Savior on September 6, 2015. She was 51.

Jenna was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. She attended Wallace College where she received her license in Cosmetology. She worked as a hairdresser for over 30 years and owned Jenna’s Salon in Dothan, Alabama. Jenna was very active in the Dothan community and loved by everyone who knew her. She loved everyone, especially the elderly. She volunteered at many nursing homes and retirement centers and gave free haircuts to anyone in need. She was an avid animal lover, finding homes for every stray that she found. During her life, she touched many lives and she will be greatly missed by all.

Jenna was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lee Hodges and Vassie Hodges; her paternal grandparents, Euell Lee Dobbs, Sr. and Mae Dee Dobbs; her aunts, Geneva Dobbs and Luverne Armstrong; her uncles, James Dobbs and Grady Campbell; and cousins, Scott Dobbs and Christie Campbell.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Heney; her parents, Euell Lee Dobbs, Jr. and Martha Jane Dobbs; her siblings Jan Elizabeth Turner (Allen), Euell Lee Dobbs, III (Karol); nephews, Zach, Gabriel and Christopher; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
