Jodie Reyner, 77, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at Wesley Manor Retirement Home.

 

She was born March 31, 1936, in Centre, Ala., to Bessie Phillips and William Thomas Eaves.

 

She spent much of her career as a real estate agent in Eufaula and Dothan, where she lived most of her life.

 

Mrs. Reyner is survived by her husband Webster C. Reyner of Dothan; daughter Charlotte Atkins of Rome, GA.; son Tony Atkins(Traci) and grandchildren Lindsey, Claire and Mack of Eufaula; stepdaughter Robin Walker Gibbons (Greg) of Cleveland, OH, and granddaughter Laine Walker of Chattanooga, TN; stepson Webb Reyner Jr. and grandchildren Kellie and Webb Reyner III of Charlotte, NC; stepson Wayne Reyner (Vanessa) and granddaughter Virginia of Daphne, AL.; brother John Eaves of Rome, GA; sister Faye Rhinehart of Rockmart, GA; sister Bessie Lee Stover of Columbus, GA; and brother Paul Eaves of Clarkesville, TN.

 

A celebration of life will be held Friday at 11a.m. at First Methodist Church in Dothan. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. in the church parlor.
