Mrs. Kathreen Glover Clark of Pinckard passed away Friday, December 21, 2012, at her residence. She was 80.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, December 23, 2012, at Pinckard Baptist Church with Reverends Ronnie Dobbs and Roger Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Pinckard Memorial Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will be receiving friends at the church from 1 to 2 P.M. Sunday, December 23, 2012, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Mrs. Clark was a member of Pinckard Baptist Church. She loved her family and gardening. She retired from nursing at Flowers Hospital after 27 years.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Crawford Glover; her husband, Walter E. Clark; one daughter, Shirley; two sons, Walter and Lewie Frank; and one brother, Edward Glover.

 

Survivors include daughters, Barbara Andrews and her husband, Tommy of Pinckard; Sheila Shirley and her husband, Mike of Pinckard; sons, David Clark and his wife, Joan of Wicksburg; Wayne Clark of Pinckard; Ted Clark and his wife, Carolyn of Rehobeth; sister, Dorothy Sego of Pinckard; brothers, Harold Glover of Midland City; Hilton Glover of Pensacola, FL; Lamar Glover and his wife, Jeanette of Dothan; ten grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and step-great-grarndchildren, special caregiver and friend, Heather Easterling, and several nieces and nephews.
