Mrs. Lucille Clark Wood of Dothan passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. She was 89.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Matt Sprayberry officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, January 21, 2015, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to your favorite charity.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband Melvin Wood and a daughter Linda Robinson.

 

Survivors include daughters Shirley Sprayberry and her husband David of Midland City; Laura Hodges of Dothan; son Jerry Wood and his wife Susan of Montgomery; grandchildren Matt Sprayberry (Cathy), Susan Sprayberry, Clay Hodges, James Wood (Jennifer), Jess Wood, Jodie Slentz, and five great-grandchildren.
