            Martha Sue Brackins McCollough of Clayhatchee, Alabama passed away Tuesday, October 08, 2013 at Flowers Hospital.  She was 59. 
            Funeral services will be at 2 PM Friday, October 11, 2013 at the Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Enterprise with Reverend Rocky Pierce officiating.  Burial will follow in the Newton City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Enterprise Thursday from 6 – 8 PM.
            Mrs. Sue was born September 4, 1954 in Dothan, Alabama to Mr. Franklin D. “O.D.” Brackins and the late Annie Pearl Whitten Brackins.  She attended Wicksburg High School and was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church near Hartford.  Her hobbies included crafts, reading, yard sales, working book puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends whom she loved very much.  She was a blessing to everyone that knew her.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Pearl Whitten Brackins, Aunt Linda Faye Whitten Fuqua, Sally Mae Whitten Brackins, uncle Lonnie Brackins, Jr., Bobby Ellison Whitten, cousin Tammy Gayle Davis Whittaker, father-in-law Joseph Franklin (Buster) McCollough, mother-in-law Mary Catherine Windham McCollough, and sister-in-law Evelyn Churchwell.
            Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Leon L. McCollough, Clayhatchee, her father and step-mother, Franklin D. “O.D.” and Jeanette Brackins, Opp, AL, sisters-in-law Inez Conner (David), Laura Helms (Johnny), brother-in-law Rodger McCollough, aunts Belle Legette, Clayhatchee, Luedell Edmondson (Tom), Wicksburg, Joyce Wilber, Dothan, several special nieces, nephews, and cousins that she loved very much.
