Obituary:  Pauline Manning Sawyer

 

            Mrs. Pauline Manning Sawyer, 94, of Daleville, AL passed away Monday, October 7, 2013, at her residence.

            Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home with Reverend Cliff Quincey officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1 p.m. and continuing until service time.   Burial will follow in Enterprise City Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.

            Mrs. Sawyer was born September 21, 1919 to the late J.R. and Luvenia Smith Manning.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Cleve Smith, Jr., one daughter, Jeanette Cooper, one granddaughter, Melissa Ramsey.

            Survivors include her husband, Truman “Sarge” Sawyer, one daughter, Paulette Gibson (Edward), both of Enterprise; eleven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
