Peggy Marie Thomas Friske, age 50, of Cottonwood passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

 

Born June 24, 1965 in Eustis, Florida to Samuel Martin Thomas and Betty Smith Lapre, Peggy enjoyed spending time in the outdoors. She spent time camping, fishing, travelling, and riding motorcycles. She also loved spending time in the Montgomery area and Biloxi casinos.

 

She is survived by her husband, David Friske, Sr.; her parents, Samuel Martin Thomas and Betty Smith Lapre; her daughter, Stacey Westfall (Billy); her son, Travis Eggert (Kyla Grantham); her step-sons, David Friske, Jr. and Jesse Friske; her sister, Patty Phelps (Bobby); her brother, Stuart Thomas (Debbie); her grandchildren, Hanah Westfall, Riley Westfall, Memphis Eggert, and Aurora Friske; Brian Shapley, a close family friend; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
